COVID-19 information

Everyone on our staff is fully vaccinated and boosted.
Below you will find information on ACT-1's protocols as of January 3, 2024.
(These may change at any time, at our discretion.)

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS IN CLASSES/REHEARSALS:
1) Masks:
Not required for students or staff.

2) Testing:
ACT-1 requires proof of a negative test in the following circumstances:
​
a) Known Exposure: Any student has been in close contact with someone who has Covid symptoms or has tested positive for Covid (symptomatic or not), should NOT attend rehearsal until receiving a negative Covid test result.
​
b) Symptoms: Any student who is experiencing ANY symptoms of Covid should NOT attend rehearsal until they’ve received a negative Covid test result.
​
If a student tests positive (whether symptomatic or not) they must notify ACT-1 immediately. They will be allowed to return to rehearsals after a quarantine, a negative test result, and if they are symptom-free.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS DURING TECH/SHOWS:

Any student testing positive for Covid could result in the cancellation of our show.
All students are asked to take special precautions around their health and limit their exposure to others for the 10 days leading up to opening, all the way through our final performance.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS FOR AUDIENCE MEMBERS:
​
Audiences will not be required to wear masks or be vaccinated to attend our shows.
