Every registered student is guaranteed a role - auditions are just for us to learn more about you.
We do consider prior experience in auditions, but what's more important to us is skill, enthusiasm, directability and a fierce work ethic!
Welcome to Almost, Maine, a place that’s so far north, it’s almost not in the United States. It’s almost in Canada. And it’s not quite a town, because its residents never got around to getting organized. So it almost doesn’t exist. One cold, clear, winter night, as the northern lights hover in the star-filled sky above, the residents of Almost, Maine, find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and hilarious ways. Knees are bruised. Hearts are broken. But the bruises heal, and the hearts mend—almost—in this delightful midwinter night’s dream.

❄️ This will be ACT-1's first ever straight play! This is a wonderful show that many high schools do. It is a full play, comprised of 11 short scenes. Each scene features one pair of actors. Actors must be comfortable doing scenes that are romantic in nature. To read the play, please email for a copy.
❄️ Due the to subject matter, all cast members must be Age 13+.
❄️ Auditions will happen in October. You will be given much more info about this, when you register!
❄️ Rehearsal schedules will be very flexible. We will have some Sunday group rehearsals together in person, and then rehearse our 2-person scenes at appointment times that YOU will schedule with us at your convenience, once a week. :)
❄️ Performance dates will be in January. We are still deciding on our venue.

TUITION
A non-refundable $200 deposit is due in order to secure your place. The balance of tuition will be billed to you in a payment plan that you choose!
There is one scholarship available for a qualifying family, through The Jack Bailey Memorial Fund. An application process is necessary. Please reach out if you would like more information.
