FALL SEMESTER 2018 - ENROLLMENT IS CLOSED

DEVELOP YOUR SKILLS
1

VOCALLY

You will be working one-on-one with our musical director to finesse and develop your vocal technique.

Charles Schultz’s beloved comic strip comes to life in the musical You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.

The whole gang is here, including bossy Lucy, piano prodigy Schroeder, perfectionist Sally, blanket-toting Linus, adventurous Snoopy, and our lovable “blockhead” himself, Charlie Brown. Though considered a "good man" by his friends, Charlie Brown can't seem to win the heart of the Little Red-Haired Girl, get approval from Lucy, kick a football or win against the kite-eating tree. Brief vignettes span the months from Valentine’s Day to Beethoven Day, from wild optimism to utter despair. Charlie and the gang battle with book reports, baseball games and misunderstandings.

The sweet, joyful innocence of the Peanuts gang is maintained, but with particularly funny dialogue and catchy orchestrations. Whether you’re keen to fly with the Red Baron, moon over the Moonlight Sonata, or just do your best to find “Happiness,” You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown is a crowd-pleasing classic.

This show has a very small cast of 7 characters, so we are going to have multiple casts as well as an added ensemble to provide ample opportunities!
